Round 1 of the Australian Supersport 300, at Phillip Island raceway saw mixed results for both riders.
Tom Bramich #44, competing on a Yamaha R3 placed 4, 1, 3, finishing the round 2nd overall and going into the next round 4 points behind the leader.
Ben Bramich #24, competing on a KTM RC390 placed 9, 7, 8, finishing the round 8th overall. After struggling with technical issues all round, Ben was happy with the improvements made to the bike as they progressed. This is Ben's first round on his KTM having come from a Yamaha R3 last season.
Congratulations guys and good luck for round 2 at Wakefield Park.

Round 1 of the YMF R3 Cup took place at the same time as the WSBK at Phillip Island.
Tom Branich #44 had a fantastic start to the season, placing 1, 2, 2, to take 1st Place for the round. Race 1 saw him finish 10.860 seconds clear of 2nd place.
Tom goes into Round 2 with a 4 point lead over 2nd and 3rd.
